- Independently developed city's first mobile app, "Your Manassas" promoting businesses and events
- Independently established weekly newsletter highlighting events and businesses (2000+ subscribers)
- Hosted Greater Manassas Community Job Fair, working with community leaders and over 50 businesses. Over 400 attendees.
- Coordinated meeting between Economic Development department and Virginia Travel and Tourism Board
- Hosted Business Leaders forum, introducing new Economic Development staff to business community
- Supported Main Street widening in Old Town
- Supported re-structuring utility rates for high utilization customers, making the city more competitive for industrial clients while NOT pushing cost to citizen rate payers
- Supported first major update in city zoning in 40 years, making them easier to navigate for potential businesses
- Supported targeted re-development of underutilized space into commercial/residential
- As member of Airport Commission, supported expansion of aerospace industry at air port
- Proposed "here, near, far" city marketing strategy, later adopted by staff
- The BEST tool for economic growth is leaving as much disposable income in the hands of residents to spend in our shops and other businesses. To that end, I have opposed the city's recent trend in raising taxes.
- Supported creation of city's first Business Accelerator(incubator) in Old Town
- Supported South Grant investment to turn the tide in that part of the city
Quality of Life & Public Safety
- Opposed high density development that will add hundreds of students to our crowded schools and hundreds of cars to our crowded commute
- Opposed our current tax rate, among the highest in the region
- Launched city's first "Good Neighbors" campaign, raising awareness of city blight and over crowding reporting procedures and other resources
- Developed first constituent services guide
- Supported giving residents the right to "opt in" to parking districts by petitioning council
- Supported SUPs for new medical facilities to allow citizen input on potentially controversial actions
- Worked with community leaders and city staff in launching the city's first Founders Day event
- Supported full staffing and funding for the MCPD and Fire and Rescue
- Worked with city staff in launching "The Hall", city hall's FREE rotating art exhibit (no tax payer expense)
- Sponsor of city arts competition
- Supported the hiring of 3 additional staff fire and rescue personnel
- Personally assisted residents reporting overcrowding and blight
- Supported the burying of powerlines to improve utility reliability
- Supported blight abatement of condemned properties
- Supported re-alignment of MCPD pay to combat attrition

Education- Our Schools Must Succeed
- Supported replacement of the "revenue sharing agreement" with a more structured and predictable funding process for the schools, which was passed unanimously by the City Council and School Board
- Worked with community leaders on the deployment of "Little Free Libraries" at various locations throughout the city
- Established literacy grant through our education non-profit
- Supported Girls in Aviation Day at the Manassas City Airport
